The everyday jobs. If yours isn’t here, ring me — chances are I’ve done it.
Servicing, repairs, breakdowns and replacements. I’ll find the cause and tell you what it takes to fix.
Dripping taps, running cisterns, burst pipes. Small jobs done fast, bigger ones quoted up front.
Taps, basins, showers and appliance plumb-ins. Full or part refits when you’re ready for a change.
Annual checks booked around tenants, with the certificate emailed across the same day where I can.
Cookers, hobs and fires installed, moved or made safe. If it doesn’t look right, I’ll tell you straight.
Sludgy systems flushed, filters fitted, inhibitor topped up. Quieter pipes, warmer rooms, fewer breakdowns.
